Capital Tacos, the Tex-Mex restaurant franchise that started as a corner taco shop in Tampa, is expanding to Georgia.
The first two brick-and-mortar locations will open in April and soon after in Johns Creek and Peachtree Corners.
Capital Tacos plans to establish itself as a fan-favorite destination for families, foodies, and Tex-Mex enthusiasts in Georgia.
To expedite the buildout process, Capital Tacos is utilizing second-generation business venues.
The company also offers a variety of in-person and digital options to access menu favorites, including online ordering and catering services for events of any size.
In honor of its Atlanta debut, Capital Tacos is re-launching its Atlanta-inspired Lemon Pepper Wet taco, which was named ‘Dish Of The Week’ by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution last year.
The taco features fried shrimp coated in garlic butter, topped with a signature creamy slaw, grilled onions, buffalo ranch, and lemon pepper seasoning mix.
Capital Tacos fans can download the Capital Rewards app on iOS or sign up on the website to earn and redeem rewards and receive exclusive offers at the new Atlanta locations.
“We’re very excited and humbled to be opening our first brick-and-mortar locations in Johns Creek and Peachtree Corners,” said Co-founder of Capital Tacos.
Capital Tacos is looking for capable candidates to assist in expanding the franchise to specific markets in the Southeast and nationwide.
